Business today demands constant renewal\u2014and the pace of change is faster than ever. It requires flexibility, cost-efficiency, and above all, speed. <\/strong>Traditional IT often struggles to keep up, and here lies the real challenge: business value must be king.<\/strong> Yet too many IT projects fail to deliver, while real opportunities\u2014such as AI\u2014remain underutilised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bridgewright community was born out of this struggle. Companies must transform quickly, focusing on customer value and profitability, but too often they get stuck in IT products, projects, and governance. Technology is more powerful than ever, but its impact on business slips away when speed and adaptability are missing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The gap\u2014the ravine\u2014between business and IT is widening<\/strong>. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Business needs to adapt in weeks, while IT roadmaps stretch over years. This mismatch in \u201cclock speed\u201d forces business teams to Excel, Power BI, or quick AI experiments just to keep operative processes running or to test new value add ideas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies need IT that matches business speed \u2014 flexible, fast, and close to where decisions happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bridgewrights believe there\u2019s a better way. Standard advice leads to standard results<\/strong> \u2014 we aim higher.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What needs to change is both the business role in transformations and the way IT capabilities are brought to life.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Business must take a new role \u2014 to define the what<\/em> and why<\/em> before chasing the how<\/em><\/strong>, and above all, to take true ownership<\/strong> of the developments needed to succeed. Sometimes that even means changing the business DNA itself \u2014 how value is created, how decisions are made, and how renewal becomes part of everyday work.Turning IT\u2019s possibilities into delivering real business value<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s what bridging is about \u2014 <\/strong>And that\u2019s what we explore and learn together in this community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
